Agarita Presents ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ on Sunday, Oct. 19
Free Community Concert at San Antonio Botanical Garden
Agarita, San Antonio’s innovative chamber ensemble, continues its 2025–2026 season with a free community concert featuring George Gershwin’s iconic Rhapsody in Blue for piano, strings, and clarinets, along with other Gershwin gems and complementary works. Gershwin is one of the few composers who truly integrated jazz in all its style, harmony, and soul into larger-scale classical forms. This performance will feature clarinetist Stanislav Chernyshev and will take place in the beautiful San Antonio Botanical Garden. Thanks to the City of San Antonio for their generous support.
